The holiday apartment with a roof terrace (105 m2 - suitable for 4 people) is on the 2nd/3rd floor. Floor of the holiday home Casa Marsilva and consists of two bedrooms - kitchen - bathroom - large attic room and roof terrace with lake view.

 

On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms, each with a large double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Furthermore, the kitchen with: ceramic stove, electric oven, large fridge and freezer. coffee maker, kitchen utensils. Bathroom with shower cubicle and hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.

 

On the 3rd floor above is a large attic room. This large, beautifully furnished living room (approx. 45 m2) is equipped with a television, stereo system including CD, DVD, large table and sofa. From here you can access the large viewing terrace (approx. 15 m2) with dining table and fireplace, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the old village roofs, Monte Baldo and the lake

 

Modern furnishings: satellite TV - radio - washing machine in a separate room - hair dryer - iron and ironing board - vacuum cleaner - spare linen, kitchen and hand towels as well as bed linen.

 

An additional bathroom can be made available on the ground floor by arrangement. Bicycles can be stored in the separate lockable storage room. On the ground floor of the holiday home there is a large common room to relax and play. In front of the holiday home, in the private courtyard, there is a bench to linger.

 

Parking information: There is a private yard in front of the holiday home where short-term parking and loading and unloading are allowed. In the village of Toscolano-Maderno, the parking spaces are regulated by the municipality as follows: There are various free parking spaces for long-term parking available in the village, very close to the holiday home. There is also plenty of parking nearby which can be used for long term parking for a fee.
